Social media strategies, too, must be tailored to the target demographic. “If your audience is younger, Instagram may be key, while a more professional demographic might be better reached on LinkedIn or Facebook. Understanding where your perfect client is—and how they think—is critical.”
Sergio’s leadership style is built on collaboration and open communication. He values dissenting opinions and unconventional ideas, seeing them as opportunities to challenge assumptions and innovate. “Growth happens when both sides engage in honest dialogue,” he says.
When it comes to cultivating the next generation of leaders, Sergio focuses on mindset over skillset. “We can always teach skills, but the right mindset and attitude are what drive real success,” he explains.
