Founder of Ministry of Creativity LLCIwona Fluda is rewriting the narrative for women in business by infusing bold innovation with authenticity, purpose, and unshakable vision.

The Creative Rebellion Begins

When doors kept closing, Iwona Fluda chose to build her own. Her journey into entrepreneurship wasn’t born from a calculated ambition but rather from a quiet defiance—a rebellion against conformity and invisibility. As job applications went unanswered and career paths remained elusive, Iwona embraced entrepreneurship as both necessity and resistance. What emerged was not only a career but a calling.

She launched Creative Switzerland, and later Ministry of Creativity LLC and Moonshot Celebration, carving out spaces where creativity isn’t just welcomed—it’s celebrated. “If no one wanted to hire me,” she reflects, “I’d create my own opportunity.” That spirit—audacious, honest, and deeply human—defines her leadership.

Iwona’s professional path transcends industry boundaries. As a creative consultant, public speaker, advisor, and curator, she bridges business, technology, and art. Her mission is as radical as it is simple: to make creativity visible, actionable, and accessible to all.

Creativity as Leadership

At the heart of Iwona’s leadership philosophy is one word: trust. Trust in ideas. Trust in people. Trust in the unknown. “I remind myself daily that creating is, in itself, an act of hope and defiance,” she says. Her teams thrive in environments where experimentation is encouraged, and every voice is valued.

This trust-based leadership isn’t without challenges. As a woman navigating tech-adjacent and creative sectors, Iwona has faced skepticism, condescension, and being underestimated. But her response is disarmingly powerful: “Sometimes I didn’t overcome obstacles. I just walked around them.”

That refusal to wait for permission has become her superpower. “Over time, the more I stood by my values, the less I cared about fitting into boxes never made for me,” she shares. Her journey is not about fitting in—it’s about standing out with intention.

Lessons from Chaos and Clarity

Iwona doesn’t believe in the illusion of perfect balance. Instead, she strives for presence. On some days, that means pushing through exhaustion with fierce discipline; on others, it means surrendering to life’s unpredictability and finding grace in spontaneity. Her honesty about the chaos of creativity is refreshing: “Sometimes you build stability from chaos; sometimes innovation is a brief spark that disrupts everything.”

Her experiences as a mentor and collaborator have taught her that authenticity trumps perfection. “Real collaboration is about sharing vulnerability,” she explains. From learning through flawed leadership to setting boundaries in partnerships gone wrong, Iwona has emerged wiser, not hardened.

She candidly recalls trusting the wrong people—both professionally and personally—and how those setbacks taught her the value of discernment and self-trust. “It’s wonderful to believe in people, but it’s even more important to believe in yourself,” she reflects.

 A Vision for the Future

For Iwona, creativity is not a privilege reserved for the few; it’s a human right. She challenges the misconception that innovation must be linear or that success always comes with rapid growth. Her work actively dismantles the myth that only the loudest voices shape the future. “We all have a role,” she insists.

If she could change one thing in the business world, it wouldn’t just be for women—it would be for everyone. She envisions a world less driven by competition and more shaped by empathy, collaboration, and genuine connection. “We don’t need more ‘tough love’ or ‘leaning in’. We need more kindness.”

To the next generation of women leaders, her message is simple yet seismic: “Follow your dreams, nobody else’s. Stay weird. Break things that need breaking. And never wait for permission—except your own.”

Iwona Fluda is not just a visionary leader; she is a movement in motion. One that urges us to embrace the mess, trust our instincts, and lead with courage in a world desperately in need of creativity.
